3. Booking Process
Our booking system operates under the following procedure:

- All reservations are subject to availability
- Reservations require confirmation from our admin team
- Once confirmed by admin, full payment is required to secure the booking
- Bookings are only confirmed after full payment is received
- Minimum stay requirements may apply during peak seasons
4. Payment Policy
All payments must adhere to the following terms:
- Full payment is required to confirm any booking
- Accepted payment methods will be specified during confirmation
- All prices are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR)
- Additional charges for extra services may apply
- Payment must be completed within the specified timeframe after admin confirmation
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation terms are as follows:
- Non-refundable bookings: Most bookings are non-refundable once confirmed and paid
- Rescheduling: Subject to availability and may incur fees
- Early departure: No refund for unused nights
- No-show: Full charge applies with no refund
- Special circumstances: Contact us directly for consideration
Due to our small size, we recommend purchasing travel insurance for complete peace of mind.
6. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- Provide accurate information for all bookings
- Comply with all homestay rules and regulations during stay
- Respect the property and other guests
- Adhere to check-in and check-out times
- Notify us of any special requirements in advance
7. Limitation of Liability
Rumah Irak et Kadek Bali shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

As a small family homestay with limited rooms, we maintain a strict cancellation policy. Once your booking is confirmed with payment, it becomes non-refundable to ensure we can offer the best experience to all our guests.
By using our website, making a booking, or authenticating via Google OAuth, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including our No Refund Policy.
